Here are the easy to meet limitations and qualifications to your 200% Money Back Guarantee:

• To our multi-unit investor/commercial friends, sorry, but this 200% offer only applies to residential single unit inspections.
   
• Client must be personally present during at least the last hour of the inspection. This is specifically during the full walk-through portion of the inspection.
   
• The Star Home Inspections inspection fee will be refunded by check to the person who originated the fee payment. (This is the 100% return part.)
   
• The re-inspection must be done by an inspector of your choice that is a fully certified
  NACHI and CAHPI inspector in good standing at the time of the re-inspection.
   
• A check to pay for the re-inspection will be paid directly to the re-inspection company
  in their name for their inspection fee up to 100% of our original fee amount. (This is
  the 200% part.)
   
• A signed and witnessed Star Home Inspections release from liability form must be received to initiate the above process.
   
• This offer stands for a period of 7 days after our initial inspection only. Of course, if a concern comes up after that period, we will be here for you, it’s just that the “200% offer” will not apply.
